Refunds

New & Pre-Owned Equipment
We sell both new and professionally inspected pre-owned cameras and photography equipment.
Minor cosmetic wear on pre-owned items is normal and does not qualify as a defect unless otherwise stated.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery through our Live Chat or customer support line.
We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
Return Shipping

Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipment.
